I am thrilled to be a member of The Co-Op at Sky. We are a group of experienced and emerging yoga instructors, gathered in a new concept space, serving students throughout the Lehigh Valley.
We simply want to teach good yoga.
Each individual shares the cost and labor of keeping the studio open, yet we all run our own business. Right now we are a quartet:
Katrina has been a devoted practitioner of Iyengar yoga for about 20 years.
She has trained with some of the most senior Iyengar instructors in the world, traveling the globe in that process.
Katrina and Sky Yoga are the original founders of what is now The Co-Op at Sky.
We are grateful for her willingness to share her beautiful space with others. Please click on the links above to learn more about Katrina and Sky Yoga.
Miriam is a lifelong student of all the ways humans move their bodies.
She has been teaching yoga in the Lehigh Valley for over 12 years, and marries the physical aspects therein with the spiritual/emotional components beautifully. After all, the poses are only one of eight pieces of the yoga puzzle.
The Co-Op at Sky is Miriam's baby, and I am honored to have been invited along for
the ride. Please click on the links above her photo to get to know Miriam better.
After 20 years of practice, Maggie traded a career in business for one in wellness.
Her approach is holistic, meaning she believes in supporting the balance between mind, body, and intention. Yoga is about movement, yes, but that is not all it is.
We have been waiting patiently for Maggie to join us at The Co-Op,
but only she could know when the time was right (yoga in action!).
Please visit her website via the links above to learn more about this
lovely human, her journey, as well as her yoga offerings.
And me! You are already on my page!
