Introduction to Iyengar Yoga

Come learn the basic fundamentals from the Iyengar Yoga tradition with Katrina Pelekanakis, owner of Sky Yoga. Katrina became a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher in 2012 and has traveled the world since then to continue her education and training. Come to The Co-Op at Sky for this special workshop and learn from our own Master Teacher right here in the Lehigh Valley.
